I had an awesome stay in São Paulo. The hotel is located in a vibrant business area, making it super convenient for my work trip. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke good English, especially at the bar where Walentina and Lousiuama provided excellent service. While the location can't be beaten, I wish there were coffee makers in the rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.
